No — many clients prefer not to be on-site. Simply provide secure access, and our team will handle the rest. We’ll send you updates and before-and-after photos once the job is complete.
To secure your preferred time, it’s best to book at least a day or 2 in advance — weekends tend to fill up quickly. Need something sooner? We may be able to assist with same day bookings at an additional charge, depending on availability.
Yes — our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade machinery and cleaning products. We primarily use eco-friendly solutions, but we’re happy to accommodate specific product requests or allergy-sensitive requirements.
Cleaning times depend on the size of the job and the type of service required. Most couch, mattress, and carpet cleaning appointments are completed within 1 to 2 hours.
We accept cash and EFT payments for your convenience.
No fee applies for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations on shorter notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable once the service has been completed.
Yes, a minimum of R800 is require per booking (Travel fees may apply for locations outside 30km of Centurion)
